Fr. Andrew P. St. Hilaire [Director]

Fr. Andrew P. St. Hilaire is a priest of the Diocese of Harrisburg.

He attended the Catholic University of American in Washington, D.C. for his undergraduate studies, completing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Shortly after, he attended Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD, where he completed a Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Systematic Theology, and a Bachelor of Sacred Theology from the Dominican House of Studies. He was ordained a priest in 2019.

As a priest, Fr. Andrew has served in the historic Gettysburg and Chambersburg areas. In those assignments, Fr. Andrew was Chaplain of Campus Ministry at Gettysburg College and served in Hispanic ministry. Fr. Andrew has been the Director of Campus Ministry for Bloomsburg University since June 2022.

Fr. Andrew is also originally from New Hampshire (having moved to South-Central PA in 2005), a lover of baseball and piano music, and belongs to the ecclesial movement known as Communion and Liberation.


Mary L. Howe [Associate Director]

Mary Lenzini Howe is a St. Columba parishioner since 1957 and a St. Columba School Alumna.  

In 2023, she retired from a 10-year position as Commonwealth University’s (Bloomsburg Campus) Director of the Zeigler Institute for Professional Development (ZIPD) Program in the Zeigler College of Business and then as interim principal of St. Columba School during the 2023-24 school year.  

Ms. Howe earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater from New York University. She is also credentialed as a SHRM-Certified Senior Professional [SHRM CSP], and Job and Career Development/Transition Coach [JCD/TC].  

Her career has traversed several business industries in leadership positions including VPHR and Marketing for Bloomsburg Health System; mayor and council member of the Town of Bloomsburg; proprietor of La Groceria Italian Deli; and professional vocalist.  

She has served on numerous community, state and national boards, and is currently fulfilling a role as past president for the Susquehanna Human Resource Management Association [SHRMA], and recently served as a past advisory member for the Columbia Montour Area on Aging Agency, the PA Perinatal Quality Initiative, the Foundation of the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce, and the St. Columba Parish Finance Committee. She also serves in several St. Columba Parish ministries including cantor, lector, and Eucharistic Minister of Holy Communion. She has also been a volunteer leader in the RCIA, Cursillo, and True Colors programs in the Harrisburg Diocese.  

In February 2025, Mary will celebrate 40 years of marriage with her spouse, Michael. Together, they provide continued love and support to their oldest daughter Katie and her spouse George Berger, and youngest daughter Aly Howe. They enjoy spending time with their six grandchildren, Gavin, Liam, Maryn, Jameson, Armando and Aria Grace, and their Labradoodle Hazel and cat, Luna.

Josh Dart [Evangelical Catholic]

Josh Dart holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Arts in Theology from the Augustine Institute in Denver. After working simultaneously for several years as both a Project Manager and Youth Minister, he resigned from engineering to be fully devoted to the Church’s evangelization efforts. Josh served as the Director of Catholic Campus Ministry at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), and has co-led and participated in over a dozen international missions in Central America, Australia, and Africa.

He was introduced to the Evangelical Catholic through Evangelization Training Camps, and began fully implementing the EC vision when VCU became one of the university ministries in the Diocese of Richmond EC Alliance. This bore great fruit both in the campus ministry and his personal life. As an EC Lead Ministry Consultant, Josh trains parish and campus ministries to be the best at reaching the lost with the love of Jesus. He lives in Virginia Beach, VA with his wife and six children.
