The Newman House is your home away from home. We are located at 353 East Second Street—the 4th house on the right down the hill from Carver Hall.

We are open everyday for the university community from 10am-11pm, seven days a week, during the school year. So come down to study, pray, eat or hang out!

We have a chapel for Mass and prayer, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a TV, and space for study groups. The House has wifi, so feel free to go online while you’re here.

Every semester, we will dedicate a weekend for a cultural outing. In the fall, we will go to either Washington, D.C. or Philadelphia. In the spring, the cultural outing is New York Encounter in New York City.

At the Newman House we have a variety of themed parties throughout the year. Parties include a Super Bowl Party, Oktoberfest, Christmas Party, Cinco de Mayo, and more.
